Returns & Refunds Policy

At FashyFly, we strive to ensure that you love every item you purchase. However, if you're not fully satisfied, our return process is designed to be simple and fair, while also respecting the rights of our partner stores.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable.

2. Return Approval by Sellers

Each return request is subject to the approval of the respective store or seller. Sellers reserve the right to:

  • Approve or decline return requests based on the condition of the product and reason provided.
  • Cancel or stop the return process if the product is found to be ineligible.
  • Request additional details or evidence (e.g. photos) before making a decision.

Our platform facilitates the process, but final decisions on returns are taken by the respective store in accordance with FashyFly’s policies.

3. Refund Process

After the seller approves the return and the item is received and inspected:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your FashyFly account.
  2. Navigate to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click Request Return and fill in the required details.
  4. Wait for approval from the seller and follow the provided return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received is incorrect or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos to support your claim.

7. Exceptions

Items such as intimate wear, beauty products, and personalized/custom-made products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
